Currently working PT for a Ventura non-profit organization and PT remotely. Paying $1,000/mon rent and would prefer something close to that. I’m open to a variety of housing options, ideally with some kind of outdoor space. If needed, I could assist with animal care: cats, dogs, horses (former equestrian pro).

I have an indoor cat and would prefer to keep his litter box in a private bathroom, if at all possible. I like to take my cat outside on a leash & harness and occasionally take him on outings in my van. I have a Dodge Roadtrek and a SUV for commuting, so would need parking for 2 vehicles. Thank you! 😊
