Hi there, I’m Shaye! I am looking for an affordable room/space in Greenfield and the surrounding areas (preferably Franklin County, but absolutely open to Amherst & Northampton as well). I feel most comfortable with AFAB roomies! I am someone who enjoys gaming both on my PC and Nintendo Switch, I listen to many genres of music and podcasts, and I really enjoy crafting, board games, puzzle solving, hiking, reading, and birdwatching. I am a huge fan of slow living. I am also a social chameleon! I’m able to read the room easily. I can be quite outgoing, and other times more reserved. I am great at communicating and respecting boundaries of others. I love to make friends and have a good laugh, but I also prioritize my alone time. I am often listening to an album or a funny podcast with my headphones on, as not to disturb anyone else. I work a full time, in-person healthcare position, so I am not home around 7 AM - 4 PM Monday through Friday. I am searching for myself only - however, my partner visits for the weekend about once a month. He lives 2+ hours away in the Seacoast Region of New Hampshire, so he stays with for one weekend from Saturday afternoon until early Monday morning. I will often visit him twice a month, from Friday evening to early Monday morning. During those weekends, I leave from work on Friday, and make the commute back to work on Monday morning. So you’ll have the place to yourself/yourselves half of the month! I am open to any and all pets, but preferably smaller dogs. I do not currently have any pets of my own, however my partner has a very affectionate, friendly, and obedient medium to large dog named Wally that tags along sometimes, who absolutely LOVES to play with smaller dogs! He has never interacted with other types of pets before, and we are unsure how he would react to cats or smaller pets (he would probably be a big coward about it, but it’s better to be safe than sorry!)
