I’m helping my son find housing in DuPage County as he is currently attdning the College of DuPage. He is 18 (turning 19 in September), responsible, mature, and very independent.

He’s focused on school and is very into health and fitness. He does not smoke or drink, is respectful of others’ space and privacy, and maintains a clean, quiet lifestyle. He’s considerate, dependable, and easy to live with.

He is Czech-American and was raised in Europe. Our family has strong roots in the Chicagoland area, where I was born and raised. We still have close relatives living in Chicago and the southwest suburbs, so he has a solid local support system. Although his father and I are still based in Europe, we are financially supporting his move and education, and we can provide a co-signer if needed. Additionally, other family members in Illinois are also willing to assist or co-sign.

We’re confident he would be a great addition to any household and a respectful, reliable tenant. If you’re looking for someone responsible and easygoing, he would be an excellent fit.
