I’m a mechanical/aerospace engineer relocating temporarily to Foothill Ranch for a work assignment. I’ll be working full-time during the day, so I’ll have a consistent weekday routine and won’t be around much during work hours.

I’m clean, organized, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep things tidy, don’t leave mess around, and prefer a quiet, low-drama living environment. I don’t smoke or party, and I’m mindful of noise, especially on weekdays.

I’m financially responsible, pay rent on time, and since this is a short-term stay, I’ll be easy to manage with minimal disruption to the household.
