Hey I’m Ashe and I’m a 25-year-old female vet assistant/tech who’s also trying to finish college. I like animals, nerd hobbies (d&d, gaming, etc.) and witchy things.

I can:

• Clean, cook, bake,
• Help with other chores,
• Help with other amenities or bills,

I need (non-negotiable):

• A LGBT+ friendly home (I’m a part of said community),
• A cat-friendly home (I have two female spayed cats of my own, and am okay with other pets in the house!),
• A cigarette free place,

I prefer:

• roommates around my age (at least 21),
• female roommates (I am okay with trans, nonbinary, and genderfluid roomies too!),
• a relatively chill environment (I’m usually up between 6-9am depending on my work schedule, and go to bed around 10pm. I might be loud while gaming with friends but am capable of quieting down– just ask!),
• a place I can help make my own/decorate,
• keeping things relatively clean and organized (I understand letting dishes sit for a few days, but I don’t wanna see a full sink for two weeks, you feel me?),

That’s all I can think off the top of my head but besides my non-negotiables I’m flexible with anything! Just have to let me know asap of course.
