Reason I’m Renting: I’m a 20 year old male currently seeking temporary housing while I am currently in a career transition and looking for my next role. I have experience being a crew chief in Culinary which can strengthen applications. I do have sources of income to cover my shares. I need a temporary place to stay while I figure out my housing situation.

About Me: I’m usually quiet, keep to myself, mind my business, and focus on getting done what I need to. I’ll be a supportive presence if you need someone to talk to, but I also respect when people need alone time. I believe that I’ll be a fair and mature roommate to share a living space with. I’m pretty easygoing as well and I do my best to avoid unnecessary conflict and have a peaceful living environment. The one thing I value more than anything in a roommate situation is communication. If there is something you want from me, please feel free to communicate it to me.

Routine: I will likely be in my room or be out and about during the day. If requested, I’m able to help with cleaning and sharing some responsibilities around the house if needed so don’t worry I won’t clean up after myself.
