Hi! I’m an incoming grad student at CSULB studying applied math. I’m pretty low-key and focused on school, so I value a quiet and respectful living environment.

I’m clean and consistent with shared spaces; things like washing dishes right after using them and keeping common areas tidy are just part of my routine. I also do a weekly clean of my space, so I try to keep things comfortable for everyone.

I do some online tutoring in the evenings, so I’m used to being mindful about noise and scheduling. Outside of that, I’m pretty chill, whether that be mostly studying, working, or just relaxing.

Overall, I’m easy to live with, respectful of others’ space, and looking for a place where everyone can feel comfortable and at home.

As preference wise goes, I (strongly) prefer a quiet household and a private bathroom.
