Clean, reliable, organized, educated (MA), minimalist, non-smoker, looking for small room in close proximity to historic Lewes, DE or Rehoboth Ave in Rehoboth Beach, DE. For reduced rent, willing to take on basic weekly yard an/or pool maintenance. Work full time. Will spend majority of time away @ GF’s house so only need very simple/basic home base, ideally with private bath. Don’t really cook so no big kitchen usage. When around, will likely be in room or outside. Only potential visitors would be adult unmarried children (I have 2) or GF who lives/works in Rehoboth. Currently only traveling via bike & scooter so no car to take up a spot.
