Hi! I’m Sawyer. I am looking for a third housemate to join my friend and me in renting a house or apartment near USF in Tampa. They can afford up to $600 and I can afford up to $800 for rent.

About me: I am a student at USF half time and work full time from home. I have a very friendly cat named Ember. I love video games, reading, board games, hiking, cycling, and drawing. I used to travel full time and have visited 25 states and 13 countries.

Ideal roommate: Prefer LGBTQ+ roommates. Slight preference for a fellow student. Reasonably clean but not a neat freak. Vaccinated and wears a mask inside indoor public spaces. Nonsmoker and not a heavy drinker. Cannabis is okay as long as any smoke or vapors are kept either outdoors or in your room. Prefer someone with experience living away from their parents’ home. It would be cool to hang out if we share interests, but not a requirement.
