Looking for a reasonably–mature, quiet, safe, clean, positive, respectful, trustworthy living environment –(not necessarily in that order), with like minded people, male or female, 40 to 60 years old, who also are employed, (40++/wk. For me currently), non-smoking, drug free, preferably no (barking)dogs or young kids. Would like my own bathroom if possible. I have not much need for kitchen or most other parts of the house. Im used to minimum level living currently. Im an easy roommate to have I think. Also, Im a younger 50, having no kids. Not currently dating (men). I have no criminal background or evictions. Have lived several places in Missouri but St. Louis mostly. Looking for something to last for a bit and make progress forward. We all know everything is getting harder and outrageously expensive.
