Looking for a furnished room (queen bed & dresser) for 6 mos. Will only cohabitate with women or non-binary. If you are a man or have men renting at your home, do not contact me. If you are a partnered couple who is renting out a room, that’s fine. I work M-F 8am-5pm, remote from home most days, in the field for a few hours other days. I know how to cohabitate, get along & clean up after myself. I keep my surroundings clean & organized. I have a current, valid ESA letter from a GA licensed professional for my indoor female dog; fixed, older, socialized, house broken & mellow. My college aged son & brother’s family live in Lizella. I’m an army vet & I make digital art, work out, take my dog to go explore nature when weather is good, & keep normal hours for my business job. I’ve been a disaster response volunteer for Red Cross & CERT for several years. Heidi is a 9 y.o. mutt (~45 lbs) who is blind, stays close to me, & is very social. She is friendly to people of all ages & other animals, no food aggression, not destructive, no angry peeing/ pooping, etc. I bathe her weekly & keep her on flea & tick prevention. May occasionally need a person (open to dog walker, my college son or roommate) to let my dog out if I have to go to South Georgia for a work meeting for a up to 1/2 a work day. I am a homebody, I don’t party, and live responsibly. This is a short transition point to save funds to move back to Oregon.
