I’m a full-time student and work regularly, so I keep a pretty structured schedule. I’m clean, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I usually keep things low-key during the week because of work and school, and I’m mindful of noise and other people’s routines.

I’m also reliable when it comes to rent and responsibilities, and I communicate well if anything comes up. I have 2 years of apartment renting history. Overall, I’d say I’m someone who’s independent, drama-free, and focused, but still friendly and respectful as a roommate.
