We are 24 and 25 and looking for a room in the Southern California area. We’re both artists. We have two friendly cats. I am disabled and cannot work and am trying to apply for disability, but so far no luck, so we only have one source of income, which is why our budget is so low. I enjoy doing the dishes, so you’d never have to worry about that I could always do all the dishes for everyone! We could also occasionally cook group meals and share leftovers of our own meals. We will clean up after ourselves and can be quiet. When home, we are mostly just quietly working on projects in our room.
