I am a Registered Nurse relocating to the santa Rosa area for a new job and would love to find a CLEAN private room (Furnished or unfurniched) with Private bath (NON-NEGOTIABLE) to rent on a month-to-month basis with the option of signing a quaterly or 6 months lease after 90 days. This arrangement is solely based on my new employment given that i will be on probation for 90 days. Idealy i woulkd want the loation to be within 15 to 20 minutes drive from Santa Rosa Junior College (SRJC). Thanks
