I am moving to Philly at the beginning of August! I leased a 5-bedroom house in Manayunk right off of Main St. with four girls, but one of our roommates just dropped out because they just got into med school in Minnesota, so we are looking to fill the last bedroom! The house has a basement with in-unit laundry, big backyard, and it’s only a 10 min walk from the train stop! Rent is only $580 per person plus utilities.
