Looking for a room to rent month to month April to November 2026. ETSing and doing school at night to finish degree. There will be one month in that time frame I might not be there due to internship (TBD) which is why im looking month to month. Only present mon-thursday evening, wife and daughter already moved to New house in winston salem and ill be there weekends. Low impact easy tenant. Will be quiet and in my room doing homework after work. No guests or pets.
