Hi! I’m a 33-year-old single mom looking for a private room, ADU, guest house, or another woman/single mom interested in finding a place together. It would be for me and my 11-year-old son, and we would share the same bedroom. We’re hoping to move September 1 or shortly after.

I’m looking in Anaheim or nearby Orange County cities with a budget of $1,000- $1200 per month. Kitchen access is important, and having our own bathroom would be a huge plus.

We’re clean, respectful, quiet, and responsible homebodies. We enjoy cooking, baking, anime, Minecraft, cozy games on the Switch, and animals. We’re open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly, and respectful of others. I’m also 420-friendly. My son is incredibly sweet, smart, and respectful.

I currently work part-time for a local government agency in Public Works and have maintained a strong, reliable rental history for the past nine years. My credit is currently being rebuilt, so I’m preferably looking for a month-to-month sublease or a short-term arrangement of around six months.

One thing that’s important to us is finding a place where we’d be allowed to eventually adopt a pet, preferably a cat (though we’d also be open to a dog). We don’t currently have any pets.
