Hi! I’m a part-time clerical assistant working in Public Works for a local government agency and a single mom to my almost 11-year-old son.

We’re pretty quiet homebodies. I enjoy cooking and baking, and we love anime, movies, and video games. We’re both clean, organized, respectful of shared spaces, and very animal friendly.

I’m currently looking for a room, ADU, studio, guest house, or affordable private rental for my son and me. My son would be sharing the room with me, so ideally I’m looking for a private bathroom as well.

I want to be transparent that my financial situation changed significantly after a recent separation and ongoing family court/child support delays. I’m currently rebuilding financially and realistically looking for something under $1,000 monthly if possible while I get back on my feet.

My lease ends in July 2026, so I’m planning ahead now for a stable next step for my son and me. I have long-term rental history, no evictions, and I value a calm, respectful, drama-free home environment.

Ideally looking in the Cypress/Anaheim/Garden Grove area near Oxford Academy (AUHSD) opportunities for my son.
