I’m a mature working professional looking for a room for myself and my large dog to stay at weekly for my job in the area. I am not willing to be room mates with men, women only. I do not intend to live there full time and will likely only be staying 3 to 4 days during the week. I’m only staying in the bay area weekly for work so I won’t ever be entertaining any friends or family.

I intend to enroll my dog at a daycare during my work hours so we will only be around mornings and evenings for the days I’m staying. He is a very friendly, house trained Doberman but can be somewhat demanding of attention from new humans, so room-mate should be comfortable with a big dog. I will of course pay the applicable pet fee requirements on top of the agreed rental portion.

Since I’m only in-town for work, I will need very little space for personal belongings and will rarely utilize the common spaces. I will keep my own spaces and messes tidied. Please consider us if you are good with a big dog, like the idea of a room-mate that’s only there half-time, and want to enjoy control over the common spaces while also benefitting split cost with a roomie.
