Alena

Hi! My name is Alena Cisneros (24 years old) and I am born and raised in Bakersfield, California. I am making a move to Oregon to finish my studies in Kinesiology with double major in Biblical Studies. I am Christian and beyond excited to grow in my faith with other Christ centered communities at George Fox University and roommates! I am a very active person and I love to play volleyball, soccer, cross country, pickleball, and tennis. I have played intercollegiate volleyball in 2020-2022 at Bakersfield College. Another hobby of mine is chess. I have been playing chess since high school and have become so fond of the game. Other activities I love engaging in is line dancing and country swing (haven’t done that one yet but it is in my agenda). I love old and modern country music, RnB, worship, 80’s funk/pop, and some modern day music - mostly older music because of my parents lol. I love coffee and water. I have no pets but if I could it would be a kitten! I am a Chicago Bears fan and LA Dodgers fan. When I move to Oregon, I would love to hike, snowboarding, and go camping. I used to camp when I was little and I miss it very much! I am very focused minded with my academics and I love learning. Sometimes I tell myself I will be in school forever because of the fact that I love to learn and accomplish all that I could. I am very sociable, family oriented, and an introspective person.
