Hello potential roommates!

I am excited to find new living accommodations due to the current property I live at being sold (womp womp). Anyways, I am an active member of the household who loves to work as a team to make the household life more enjoyable. You can expect: responsibility of keeping my area and 1-2 areas of the home clean, assistance with additional household expenses like cleaning supplies, handyman services, and furniture. Assistance with animal care as needed like cleaning litter boxes, walking dogs, and feeding guinea pigs. I spend a lot of time in my room when I am home because I have so much homework to do but I have done the work to keep priorities in-check and make time for friendship and relaxation a regular thing.

Other things I offer: Car maintenance and repairs, furniture assembly/wall mounting, cooking, and access to a pickup truck (sometimes).
