Hello! My name is Simone. I’m a 25 y/o trans woman hoping to find somewhere to stay long term.

I am by nature a fairly quiet person. I’m not one to blast music or hold parties late into the night. I should like to think I’d be a most unobtrusive neighbor. I’m mostly looking to move closer to Riverside because most of my friends live out there, it’d make my commute shorter, and it’d give me some privacy and autonomy that I don’t currently have living with my parents. I don’t like moving frequently or changing things on a whim, so I can assure you that if I am approved and get to move in, I’ll most likely be there for a good while.

I also love cooking, especially for other people. So if you like food perhaps that could be a benefit lol
