Moving to Norfolk/Virginia Beach area for work. I travel a lot for work so I’m looking for a place with one or two roommates so costs stay reasonable. I’m a quiet, working professional and I will be away often, so I’m a low‑impact roommate.

I’m happy to split rent evenly, and I’d love to work out a fair way to handle utilities since I won’t be there full time, but I’m flexible.

I don’t have pets with me, but I may have my well‑trained service dog with me during my time off. She would only be there when I am there.
