Hello. I recently accepted a seasonal winery lab intern job in Forestville and am looking around area for a room for 6 months starting in July. I’d like to keep rent + utilities around 1,100 max monthly, and prefer furnished unless the price is attractive. I’m also willing to team up for a place if it’s the right fit.

I value being clean and considerate and would likely be willing to live with anyone who values the same; I could live with any age, gender, sexuality, culture/language background, etc. as long as we are all respectful. I will for some time be working long hours and would like an environment that is typically low key.

Here are some basic details about myself:

• Male 26yo from New England
• Active - hiking, running, gym, golf, some casual bird watching. Former competitive runner in college
• Like music, reading, history, film
• Really likes animals and views pets as a plus
• Don’t smoke; I drink in moderation
