I am a professional working a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule (with occasional Fridays). I keep a structured routine of early mornings, regular gym time, and generally quiet during the week. I do not smoke, rarely have guests, and take pride in keeping a clean, respectful living space.

I will be traveling back to Texas once or twice a month, so I am not in town every weekend.

Ideally looking for a well-maintained, furnished room, guest suite, or small apartment in a comfortable, quiet setting. Private bath and/or garage space would be a plus, but not required.

Open to the right fit, including unique or upscale property setups.
