Hello! I’m a student at PCC Sylvania, hoping to find a place to live with preferably female/femme roomates!

I’m progressive, clean, friendly, value open communication, I’m 420 friendly and okay with alcohol but not a stoner or much of a drinker.

I have a consistent daytime schedule, I work 2 12s on the weekends and 2-3 day shifts during the week. I’ll be attending some classes outside of the house starting summer or fall too.

I really want to find someone who is open to building a solid roomie relationship- we don’t have to hang out or be besties, but I don’t want to live with a total stranger. I want to feel comfy in the kitchen and living room, not like I have to avoid shared spaces if someone else is using them. I love to craft and cook and read, and am not the type of person who will always stay holed up in her room whenever she’s home.

Also, I’m really looking for a household that prioritizes peace and coziness first. I’m completely comfortable with the occasional guests, music, revelry etc, but I also need a clean and quiet place to just kick off my boots and decompress after work y’know?

A few dealbreakers just so I’m not wasting your time:

• No active alcoholics/addicts, recreational use is totally fine
• I’m very clean and am not looking to clean up after others in shared spaces. Some clutter is fine but constantly leaving food spills, dirty dishes, bodily fluids, hair to be cleaned up by someone else is not. I am open to figuring out some sort of chore chart or assigned cleaning!
• I’m okay with a pet if I can meet them first
• Seriously if you can’t clean a toilet or believe showers are self-cleaning this won’t work out
