Looking to find a place to share, roommate situation. Private bedroom and and bathroom, furnished or unfurnished. I am a young 62 yo female who is currently subleasing month to month in Fullerton, but want to return back to areas of which I have lived before (past 40 years) like Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach, CDM or surrounding areas. I am single, very clean and tidy. I don’t smoke or drink except for an occasional glass of red wine. I don’t cook that much as I am vegan for 13 years and try to purchase quick nutrious meals or veggies and fruits on the go. I am eco-friendly, big into recycling and helping others when I can. I have a 4 year degree from UCI and have worked in Healthcare for about 30 years in Skilled Nursing Facilities wearing many hats like Director of Social Services and Program Director of an Assistive Living. My credit score is one 800+, have zero debt and savings. I currently work for myself as I just moved back to CA from NY after 2 years around family. SO GLAD TO BE BACK! I also have a adult male tabby (16 yo) who is everything to me. He is also eco-friendly in that ever since I adopted him he has been toilet trained, yes he goes both 1 & 2 in the toilet. He is well mannered and sleeps when he is not eating. I have an adult son who is 38 who lives in Costa Rica and who is living his best life!
