My son and I are looking for a SHORT TERM RENTAL, a completely furnished bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, with W/D. A move in date of 6/01/26- 08/01/2026. We are searching in the areas( Navy Yard, South West, Barney Circle if possible) so he can walk to his internship .He is interning at the Cannon House Office Building on 27 Independence Ave SE for our local district congressman from Myrtle Beach ,South Carolina.His internship last 6 weeks . If the residence is not close by to his internship we’d like the rental to be under a 5 minute walk to the BUS/METRO Declan attends Clemson University studying Business Analytics and Minor in Political Science. He is a non- smoker, non- partier, no drugs, animal friendly, just a great young man! He is in the Tiger Marching Band and very involved in in his church’s college youth group,intramural flag football, avid hiker, video gaming & enjoys exploring historic sites, and interesting areas. His personality is of an Old Soul, he is an interesting young man! We are ISO the rent including utilities and if we need to provide bed linens, towels. Parking is optional, street , driveway if not he’ll keep his vehicle in South Carolina
We ( my husband and I will be paying the rent fee) but he will be the only tenant.If this is agreeable please contact us? .We have been searching the last 6 weeks and we want to secure housing soon . We look forward to a response from you Declan and Allison (Mom)
