Hi, I’m currently looking for a place in the LIC/Astoria/Sunnyside/Woodside/Ridgewood/Ditmars area and hoping to move in as soon as possible. As soon as Abril 23rd 2026
I’ve worked in the film industry for about 14 years, and my weekday schedule can be fairly demanding. Because of that, I tend to keep things quiet and low-key at home during the week.
I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks, grabbing a drink, and exploring thrift stores.
I also have a service dog (with documentation) who I’ve had for 9 years. He’s very friendly, well-behaved, and gets along well with people, dogs and cats..
Overall, I’m fairly quiet and keep to myself during the week. On weekends, I may head out during the day but generally keep things relaxed.
