I am looking for a Female Roommate to share a 2/2 Apartment and split the rent and other utilities 50/50.

Ideally I am looking for a roommate to split a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. My lease ends May 30th so time is of the essence to find a place.

I have a 5lb Yorkie named willow. She’s hypoallergenic and does not shed. She keeps to herself and does not bark.

I am low-key, clean, and most of the time I keep to myself. I am a light drinker, a non-smoker and looking for someone with a similar vibe respectful, and easy going.

I am currently apartment hunting. We would be able to pick a place together that would work for both of us.You would need to be on the lease and so a full time job and good credit is important. Ideally the rent will be $1900.00 or less a month. Our incomes together would have to cover that and utilities. The only furniture you will need to bring with you is bedroom furniture.
