I’m looking to find a temporary room from May 1st to July 1st in the area nearest to the Colorado Springs Airport. I’ll be working a 7 am to 5:30 pm seasonal job in the area and otherwise keeping to myself. I’ll need privacy, good internet, and a small amount of quiet mostly to handle virtual meetings and outreach for my job and the virtual org I’m a part of.

I’m Sky, a currently under-employed Computer Hardware Engineer and Progressive Activist and Advocate looking to work towards a career pivot and restart over the next few years in the Colorado Springs Area.

I’m LGBTQIA friendly, pro civic and community engagement, and would describe myself as a bit of a textbook ambivert: I keep to myself comfortably, but don’t mind going out with friends or having small lowkey gatherings in or out of house.

I prefer movie and game nights instead of house parties, chill cafés and crafts/arts festivals instead of clubs, and love going to movie theaters or drive ins but am not a big fan of malls sadly.

My passions include cooking, hiking, camping, videography and photography, indie film-making and animation, indie music and radio broadcasting, mixology and some light gardening.

I try to always be approachable and understanding and love to listen to tales of others travels and experiences. I’m hoping to find others who aren’t scared of communication and compromise and who’d be willing to share a reasonable amount of household burdens via a house chore plan and a shared grocery pool to save on costs and household expenses.

I have one dog who’s very quiet, a little shy, and completely housebroken, and a pet Chinchilla named Buddy!
