Hi! My name is Victoria. I am a recent UC Davis graduate and work in the medical field. I am quite outgoing and want to be friends with my roommates. I am LGBTQ myself, and occasionally smoke weed. I enjoy a drink with dinner but I don’t get drunk or play loud music at home. I like to have guests over maybe once a week. When I have people over, it is one friend and we either hang out in living spaces or my room just talking. I don’t care if my roommates have guests over and I am cool with parties. I have a hamster and love small animals. I am open to living in a house with a dog, unfortunately I am mildly allergic to cats. I would prefer not living with a cat but I would be willing if I met the cat first. I’m down to live with any gender, and preferably other young adults. I am quiet and clean regularly, but I occasionally forget to put things away. I don’t want to live with more than 3 other people and I am fine with sharing a bathroom. I’m looking for something in the $800-1000 range, with a maximum of $1200. I have great credit and am happy to complete a background check. I am looking to move in in mid-august.
