I have a cat, so I’m looking for someone who’s cool with her being around, she’s super friendly and pretty talkative.

I’m a morning person and will be working full-time (about 40 hours a week). I’m a bit introverted, but I do like going out sometimes and I’m trying to be a more social.

I like to keep things clean and organized and always clean up after myself, especially in shared spaces like the kitchen. I also prefer a quieter environment, so I’m not really into loud music or a lot of daily noise. Also, guests are totally fine, just not every day (I would like to be notified beforehand).

Overall, I’m hoping to find a roommate in their 20s, the same gender, who has similar habits and a chill, respectful vibe. I also need a smoke-free environment, no cannabis or smoking of any kind due to my allergies and asthma.
