Hi Myriam; my name is Dr. Ozzie Dean; I’m replying to your ad on Roomies for a room for rent now available in your house for $750 a month.

I’m a retired college professor having taught for 25 years and a psychotherapist and a corporate consultant for corporate America for another 20 years.

I think I would make the ideal housemate having helped thousands of patients and students to resolve problems being an expert in conflict resolution styles I taught as well to BA to doctoral students. I get along well with young roommates and I’ve roomed with college students before.

They seem to enjoy interacting with an experienced retired professor and I usually counsel them on so many things including their course work conflict resolution styles and their daily challenges.

I’ve taught as well “Career Planning” for IT students at DeVry University for 11 years; my future roommates may benefit from my extensive experience if they are about to enter the workplace soon.
