I’m a young Indian professional with a master’s degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. I’ve been living in Miami for the past five years and working full‑time for the last two. I’m relocating to Maryland due to an internal company transfer and promotion, with my new office located in Timonium, and I’m looking for a place nearby. I’m a very clean, tidy, and minimalist person. I don’t smoke, have no pets, and I’m respectful of shared spaces. I enjoy cooking and am quite good at it, though I typically meal‑prep on Sundays to keep weekdays simple. I’m also happy to cook occasionally for housemates. My work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and I usually spend about 2 to 2.5 hours at the gym at least four days a week, sometimes also on weekends. I have a car and will be moving without furniture.
