I’m a 27-year-old Civil Engineer looking for a medium sized living space close to work (High Bridge); my current commute is roughly 50 minutes, and it’s been taking a significant toll on my sanity haha. I am very clean and organized, slightly OCD about my space. I take night classes and will not be available much during the week, although I do work from home sometimes. I play guitar/bass in two bands but can keep volumes to a minimum when practicing. I don’t drink or smoke but am comfortable with people that do. I would prefer to live alone but am open to sharing a space with likeminded people around my age.
