I’m a semi-retired grandfather of 4 who travels back and forth between Arizona and Indiana (where my grandkids live) While in Arizona, I work with people in the mining and prospecting industry, so I’m usually out with clients from about 8am - dusk daily. I currently stay at an Airbnb which is like a hostel and I get along very well with the 4-5 other people who live there, but I’m trying to find someplace that would be available whenever I need it. I can provide excellent references from the place I’ve been living in Arizona. I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room with a private or shared bathroom, and preferably a shared garage or someplace I can park my side by side that I use for work. I’m a very clean, organized person and a handyman who can fix just about anything. I’m happy to help fix up your place or do home improvement projects if needed. (Open to exchanging handyman labor for rent discount)
