My partner and I are both working professionals with stable schedules. Our previous lease has already ended, and we’re currently on a month-to-month while we look for the right place to downsize into a room. We’re ready to move when we find a good fit. Ideally, we’re looking for a place with parking and an in-unit washer and dryer.

We keep things calm, clean, and respectful at home. We value a peaceful, low-drama environment where everyone can unwind and feel comfortable. We’re easy to get along with, communicative, and mindful of shared spaces (we clean up after ourselves and respect boundaries).

We’re reliable when it comes to rent and responsibilities, and we’re looking to live with people who are considerate, chill, and take pride in maintaining a positive household.
