26 yr old South Dakotan here, I’ll be attending MHCC and have already secured employment in the auto tech business.

I’d be super interested in rooms in SW or Tigard, but am open to anything close in or near highway access. I’ll be commuting to both Forest Grove and Gresham, so I’m shooting for the rough midpoint.

I’ve got good credit, good references, have and will continue to have steady income. I get along great in close quarters and have learned how to be a good roommate, but have also lived alone and kept my own place in order. Fully background-checkable, plus I make a killer ponzu chicken.

In my free time, I’ll do almost any outdoor activity especially skiing. I take photos, play guitar and bass, hit the gym, work on my bike or whatever engine I’m currently rebuilding, spin records, read books, yadda yadda.

I don’t smoke, I drink socially but keep it classy, I don’t often make loud noises at strange hours of the night, and I don’t make my crap other people’s problem. I can take on your vehicle maintenance and save you some cash, plus I can fix almost anything around a house. I’m a straight shooter and like to keep things simple for everyone. Direct but respectful, and get along best with the same. Very LGBTQ+ friendly.
