Hey, I’m John. I’m moving down to start a new job in finance. I’m originally from the northeast. My ideal price range is $1500-2000 each, before utilities & fees for a 2-bed, 2-bath.

I’m mainly looking for rooms but am also open to partnering up with someone who’s respectful and clean. Ideally, someone who is a working professional or graduate student and friendly. I’m new to the area so I’m down to socialize but also really value a quiet space especially on weekdays as I’ll be working a lot. I have a cat who’s really well-behaved, she is spayed (so no odors), up-to-date on vaccines, and she has her ESA/FHA paperwork for an easy move-in.

I won’t be in the apartment most of the time. In my spare time, I enjoy lifting, running, watching sports and going to the beach.
