Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to find a place together in South OC, ideally for a May 31 move-in. Would love to stay in Laguna Niguel or surrounding cities (i.e. Aliso, laguna beach, dana point etc.)

A little about me: I’m 34, love hot yoga/meditation and work in creative/content (photography, video, social), and I’m pretty routine-oriented right now. I like a home that feels calm and comfortable. I’m more on the type B side in my own room, but I keep common areas nice and I’m mindful of shared living.

I also have a dog, so I’m looking for someone who either has a chill dog/pet as well or is comfortable living with one. I’d definitely want to do a meet-and-greet to make sure they and we (the humans) get along.

What I’m looking for:

• Another woman
• More of a calm, cozy home vibe vs. a party house
• Clean and respectful in shared spaces
• Communicative and easy to live with
• Similar budget range ($1500 a month, $1700 total with utilities/parking/cleaning)

I’m open to looking for a place together or joining something existing if it feels like a good fit. I do have a May 31 move-out , but I’m hoping to find a genuinely good match rather than rushing into something that doesn’t feel aligned.
