We located currently in Anchorage, Alaska near Muldoon area. Me, my significant other, our 7 day old infant, and sweet dog ( well trained, doesn’t bark, and is well behaved). Are looking for a place to live, were wanting somthing that is:

• established roommatein a place or rented by owner
• 1bed 1bath, studio style apartment, or in this case private room with shared living space.
• near Muldoon to Russian jack area.
• Available for move in by June 1st at the latest.
• rent costing around 900-1100.
• utilities included/most utilities included.
• Move in ready/available come June 1st.

I saw this site and thought it would be a really good resource/place to post our situation, and get some results for possibilities that we could consider. I am working at least 4 days a week at the local fredmeyers (make decent money), my fiancé stays home with our newborn for the time being but is interested in CNA program once recovered. Though right now we are currently a one income family at the moment, so budget friendly is needed. We have clean criminal records, just don’t want to rent from local management companies due to personal concerns, and a bad experience of my own, that was not my fault at all, and easily explained if given the opportunity. Were genuinely just a young family trying to start a solid life for ourselves and I thought this site may be a way to help us do that.
