Pros I’m financially responsible, I have good hygiene, good at keeping my area+shared spaces clean, Easy going, Pet friendly (Want a puppy), Don’t mind company over (Friends, family, partners), Cons, I work from home (Meaning I will rarely need to leave), I vape, Drink regularly, Enjoy late nights, loud music… That said I have no issue whatsoever keeping it quiet, I’d hate to keep anyone including our neighbors from a goods nights rest, Looking to room with someone: Around my age, Isn’t struggling financially (In-between jobs is a no go for me), Easy going, Doesn’t mind company, Exhibits cleanliness, If you have or had had issues with alc it’s not going to be a good fit, I don’t want to serve as a temptation.
