Hello! I’m a young professional working 9-5 hybrid.

Female roommates preferred Any age is fine I don’t have pets but am okay with well-behaved pets. I don’t smoke and prefer no smoking indoors.

Wanting to stay under a half hour commute to Manassas. My current lease ends at the end of June. I can move earlier if needed or cover a month or so on my own if you need to move later.

I’m pretty quiet and easygoing. I like things reasonably clean and will follow any rules we have for chores and shared spaces. I tend to stick to myself by default, but if you’re looking for a roommate to go on weekend adventures with, I’m down for that too. I rarely have people over and will keep things reasonable if I do.
