Hey, I’m Darius — originally from South Carolina and looking to relocate to Miami. I’m a clean, respectful, and low-drama person who believes a good living situation comes down to communication and mutual respect.|

A bit about me: I’m an entrepreneur running my own e-commerce and supplement brand, so I spend a lot of my time focused on work and building my business. Outside of that, I’m really into fitness — I train at the gym regularly, run with a local run club, and I’m getting into salsa dancing. I eat clean, keep to a routine, and value a calm, organized home environment.

I’m tidy, I clean up after myself, I respect shared spaces, and I’m not a partier. I keep to myself when needed but I’m also friendly and easy to talk to. I pay my rent on time, every time, and I treat the people I live with the way I’d want to be treated.
