Hy everyone my name is Erika, I am in my 20’s moving from Albuquerque to Salt Lake City, in July. I am looking for a house and some great roommates around the same age to team up for a home rental. About me: I will be moving to Salt Lake City, starting in July for a job. I have two beautiful and amazing dogs (German shepherd and Husky) they are friendly, playful and love the attention. I am easy going, I am clean and respectful of shared spaces. I value open communication and keeping everything comfortable for all of us. In general I like to hike, work out, play tennis, running, and of course walk or take my dogs to parks, I like trying new things. I am always up for anything outdoorsy. What I am looking for: a house with 1-4 rooms, 1-3 bathrooms, and a safe yard for two dogs. I am looking for some roommates that will be comfortable with two dogs around the house. Clean roommates, respectful and responsible. Will be great to have someone who enjoys being social, outgoing but also respects personal space when needed it. Prefer Areas: pretty open to anything but trying to stay by the college or within 20-30 minutes away from it.
