Hello All, I’m a 25-year-old veterinary assistant working full-time Thursday through Sunday from 7:30 AM to 6 PM. I have a consistent schedule and reliable income, and I’m currently looking to rent a bedroom for at least a year within the $800–$850 range.

I’m clean, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces, and I really value open communication in a home. On my days off, I enjoy relaxing and having some peace and quiet, but I also like staying active by going to the gym or occasionally spending time with friends. I enjoy movie nights and game nights, and I’m open to hosting every now and then.

I’m totally fine with housemates having guests over as well—just appreciate a quick heads-up. I don’t smoke and don’t have any kids or pets.
