These are the reasons why.

1. Clean, but not obsessive – I keep common areas tidy (no mystery dishes piling up), and I am happy to set up a cleaning schedule that works for everyone. No passive-aggressive notes on the fridge.
2. Good communicators – I believe in talking things out early, whether it’s about groceries, guests, or noise levels.
3. Respectful of sleep & work schedules – Quiet hours are a given. I am considerate about music/TV volume late at night or early morning.
4. Socially flexible .
5. Pets are welcome just not in my room.
