I’m clear to close on a 3 bed / 2.5 bath single-family home in the Residences of Sawgrass in Sunrise (right across from Sawgrass Mills Mall), closing on May 18th. Move-in would be June 1.

The garage has been converted into a 4th room, which I plan to use as an office—but you’d be welcome to use it too since I likely won’t need it much. You’d have your own bedroom and bathroom, plus driveway parking.

I work a regular 9–5, Monday through Friday and don’t work remote, so the house is typically quiet during the day.
