Hey my name is Jay, I stay busy and keep mainly to myself. I keep my space clean and tidy at all times. I can respect your space and will never snoop or be a nosey person. I have a 14 year old son, that will visit every other weekend. He is clean and respectful, and a fun kid. I have a little cat who is house trained. I am willing to do minor construction/ yard work for lesser rent if possible. Friendly and self motivated so I usually stay busy away from home. I love to cook, and looking for a no drama atmosphere.
