I am currently dog walking with a large clientele, but as it is still heavily part-time I am planning to transition back to administrative office work in the next month or so. However, my budget is friendly towards either job.

I am 420 friendly and sleep like a rock. I do not need quiet hours but can happily respect them. Typically my loudest activity is yapping on the phone with friends while we play video games together— I don’t need the TV on full blast 🤣
